Jaa _ Easa?? Whats The Meaning??

Hello everyone...

Now that JAA has ended, does that mean that all the schools in UK, will call their courses, EASA training courses or CAA??

Also what does it mean for people with ICAO CPL's???
For example, a person holding an ICAO CPL, to fly for someone in UK or Europe, obviously he will have to convert to a JAA or will it be EASA or CAA??

Also to convert, would it be any easier or more difficult in terms of requirements??

Thanks all!
