Scholarship
Please can i get suggestions on any good flight schools in South Africa?

I am a Bayelsan ,seeking for a scholarship from my state government.I heard they gave about 5 scholarships last year.
I went to the scholarship board and they said it wasn't from there,it was issued in the secretary to the states governments' office.I went there and they said it wasn't from that office either.I am really confused

Please does anyone know where i can go next concerning the scholarship?
