Conversion FAA to Russian flight license

Hi there,

I've got one question. I've got my FAA ratings through CPL including my flight instructor ratings. I'm a naturalized Russian national and I'd like to look for a job here in Russia. However, I have a FAA rating, so my question is, how can I convert my FAA rating to that of Russia ? I know that Russia is an ICAO member, but I can't find any information on the Internet about how to convert a foreign pilots license to that of Russia.

Can anyone help me out ?
