737 Type Rating
Hi everyone, I have just heard from a friend that you can get an 737 Type rating in Miami and then a small Independent Airline in Turkey that has about 5 737s will take you on as a 1st Officer as long as you then pay for your own flying hours with the Airline for about 4 weeks until online, although as yet i have not got alot of information about this as yet, can anybody shed any light on this thankyou. Although it does depend on how many vacancies their are.

Sounds like a really good waste of money.
Are you aware that you are meant to be paid to do a job not pay to do a job? Pointless......where do these people get their money from?

of course they are friendly. They get a free FO who pays them on top of it. give me 25 grand and I will be friendly no end.
Brittania: You must be referring to Corendon. Read on PPJN what people say about them. As this is a JAR country, your rating in Miami will have to be entered into a JAR licence.
good luck.
