Thumbs up JAA/JAR Flight Training In Nova Scotia

Hi All,

I am emigrating to Nova Scotia, Canada in a few months and I am hoping to enroll in flight training. I don't know of any JAA/JAR Flight Schools in Nova Scotia and was wondering if anyone here knows of any?

Many Thanks

If you're emigrating why would you want a JAR school? You need a Canadian licence in Canada.

Because if I ever returned to the UK or Europe to fly then I would need a JAA/JAR Licence wouldn't I?

Quite true, but in Canada you would need the local licence. You wrote that you were emigrating ie a permanent move. You could always do the Canadian licence, gain experience there, and then if you move back to JAR land convert to a JAR equivalent.
