Does anyone know a link where I can download FAR Part 61 ideally in PDF format?

Not sure someone bothered to put FARs aka CFR into PDF as it changes now and then as you're aware, although nothing serious over short time I guess.

THIS Link here could be tried. Not sure if the session ID is important, ie expires.
Whenever later, just log on to ecfr.gpoaccess.gov > Title 14 > Part 61 and there you go. All html or could be plain text

It would be much cheaper just to buy the book rather than print out 1023 pages! If you train in the states, most flight schools require you to carry the book with you in your flight bag.

Way easier to go spend $15 and buy the FAR/AIM 2014. That contains all you will need, as you will require more than just Part 61.
