Whats the difference then??

Heyo,

Starting to get a little confused here...

What is the difference between an integrated/modular program Vs. A regular old cpl/me/ir program?? Is there a difference? Seeing how im from Canada, are these integrated programs more European twist on getting your commercial license? I have yet to hear of a school here in Canada that offers a prospective student the ability to have a fatpl upon completion. Can someone describe to me the main elements that make up say an integrated/modular program vs a 250 hr commercial pilots license with a M.E rating and an instrument rating. And at the end of the day which one would you be better off with?
