Type & Class ratings ICAO to JAA?

I'm in the process of applying for my JAA CPL (ME), and my ICAO PPL will expire in 2 weeks. This will mean that I will be able to rent a Piper Seneca at my flying school but not a Piper Warrior as I will have a MEP rating on my CPL but not a SEP rating.

I looked through LASORS Sec F, p30, but it is not very clear if I can transfer my SEP ICAO rating to my JAA license by just paying for it?

Is there any easy way to add a SEP rating to my JAA license?
