Three pages of posts over a number of years should have been a clue. Do a Google search of this company and three posts down there is a customer review page which tells you all you need to know.

So, to anyone still ordering and paying money to this company, you deserve what you get.

Evening all, gents.

I am resurrecting this VERY old tread hoping someone can provide some fresh news about these jokers.

I have ordered one of their JAA/CPL logbooks about 2,5 weeks ago and still haven't heard a beep. The website stated that my card would not had been charged till they where ready to post it. Indeed it hasn't but...their service defeats the purpose, doesn't it?

I bought my two previous books froma store in the NL and this time I thought I would have saved some pennies by going directly to the source. I could buy any other logbook but I would like to keep this format...

They turn up at the main shows with quite a good shop - but given how well known the poor online service is - I'm impressed that anybody is still daft enough to order from them.

Quite right but £20 was a small-ish price to pay had things gone sour. So far not a beep, not in the letterbox not on the bank's statement. I have almost given up, next time in AMS I might dash to the shop where I ordered them in the first place.

Shame

hmm, I found it after placing an order and wondering when it would be delivered.
Order cancelled by email and instructions issued to my bank!

Pilot Warehouse & Proviation

Both companies would appear to be run by the same management. There is a long history of dissatisfied customers. The websites are still visible, and look completely legitimate.
If you search Google you'll get a full picture of the situation.
Surprising that these sites are still live and accessible to buyers unaware of their history.

Thanks to all contributors to this...

I was just about to order some pilot rank braiding from them, but will look elsewhere now.

Shame, as the website looks professional and promising... Shame they can't live up to it!
