Any users currently at Cabair Bournemouth

Hi all.
A friend really wants to go there and do the GS because of the approach they have.
I thought doing it also but now I am with Bristol GS.
Any of you have any recent feedback from there?
Cheers and Merry Xmass to all.

Generally a very good groundschool with excellent results. Good structure to the syllabus and top notch instuctors that REALLY know their stuff and are all really nice guys. Shame about the CGI though!!! But you can't have it all I guess!!!

Yes they are still there and no they're actually one of the best groundschool's in the UK by a mile! It's proven by the ATPL exam results that the students get!

Clearly you had a bad experience there.....

so OAT or Cabair?
CATS is not bad either i hear.
Sorry we are asking these questions but staying abroad is a bit difficult to know how fast the situations are shifting with the training providers.
We are mainly after fresh feedback so yes we looked at previous threads

I did my ATPL residential ground school at Cabair Bournemouth, honestly couldn't fault it. The two main instructors, both ex miliatary I think, new the stuff inside out. Well worth going there.
