Flybe/FTE MPL Scheme - Dead Before Coming to Life??

I am curious to know what happened to the much awaited MPL scheme by flybe in partnership with FTE? flybe and FTE had originally stated the selections to take place in November 2009 and course to start in February 2009.

Since November has gone and nothing is going to happen in December, do you think that the scheme is Dead before Life??

Do you have any information? Contacted FTE but NO definite or clear answer.

Cheers.

Could be taking longer than expected to get the course syllabus approved by the CAA.
