Quesion on VISA for training in USA

Hi, I understand that if I intend to o any kind of training in USA (from a simple night rating to IR etc) I need to be issued with a VISA which is related to a specific school.

What happens if while I am there I decide to change school (always have a plan B in case something goes wrong)?

Is the VISA still valid? Can I train with the new school?

Any experience?

Thanks
