hey guys...looks like everyone has done well on the exams. I've been trying to compare orlando flight training ground school (ATPL Theory exams) to bristol's but I am not sure what direction I should go. I live in the US so I would be required to fly to england to take the exams if I decide to go through bristol, but if I choose OFT then I can stay in the US and take the exams here. does anyone know anything about the reputation of OFT's ground school (ATPL theory)?

thanks

actually gulfstream from what i know... you can use Bristol ground school and then sit your exams at any venue you like. bristol being the better option for a better education.

It depends on your situation. If you don't have very much experience, you need the brush up ground school. But check out Skymates Inc. - Professional Flight Training & Aircraft Rental ... I think, you can do a JAA distance learning course with them and they offer also the required brush up.

majestic and peter thanks for the feedback! I think I will go ahead and plan to spend 4weeks in the UK for the brush up through bristol. it seems to be the better way to go. thanks again!
