Has anyone or is anyone attending Pelican Flight Training in Pembroke Pines, FL?

If you are or have can you let me know about the school as I plan to go there in the winter.

Cheap Time Building

I live in Miami Fl and am looking to purchase a couple of C-150's or C-152's to be able to provide flight time at less than $40.00.
It will be block time and I can also rent out a couple of rooms and also provide transportation.
