Help With CAA CPL Forms Needed!
Afternoon!
I'm just getting my bits of paper together to send off to the CAA for the issue of my CPL, but I find myself a bit confused with what they want. So, if anybody has recently gone through the process, I'd be grateful for your input please.
You see, I have a FAA PPL and am now at the hours requirement for JAA CPL issue. I'm not waiting for an IR pass/issue for various reasons.
I have;
I'm looking at the list in the guidance notes and I see mention of another form SRG/1119. Do I need to submit this too? No mention was given when I was speaking to my examiner nor did he endorse nor certify it.
I hate forms, especially CAA ones.

I have;
- SRG/1123 - CPL Application signed & dated by examiner
- SRG/1106 - Application for RT Licence
- Birth Certificate
- Logbook
- Current Class 1 CAA Medical
- FAA PPL License & Current Medical

1119 not needed as the CPL pass certifcate (Form 172) will cover that.
Form 1187 *will* be needed in order for you to pay for the application. GB£221 (I think). No extra charge for Radio Telephony as it will form part of your pilot licence.
You have JAA Night Qualification already - or at least sufficient hours to apply for one with Form 1126?
