£5,500 for PPL if paid upfront i think. Somthing around that figure.
Set up is quite good. I'll be doing the PPL with them but dont know about hour building. crap british weather.
And again same with groundschool ATPL's. I have heard ups and downs about London Met and really confused whether it'll be best for me even though I live 40mins on the tube away from London Met.
This modular training routes is really confusing!!

all those prices are based on minimum hours and dont include flight tests. im finishing my IR at stapleford at the mo and have done all my training here. the prices are pretty accurate but do not include fuel dury.
you have to take into account extras like skills tests, accomodation, food, and equipment you need to buy as well.

Does anyone know whether these include skills tests, license issues, training literature, examination fees, etc..?
If you can, go overseas to do the PPL and part of the hour building, and save the money and get it done quicker, but save about 30 hours or so to build here to get used to flying here before the CPL.

Just got off the phone to Stapleford and have been quoted £45,000 from PPL to MCC. This is obviously based on first time passes so i should look to add at least a 15% contingency plan.
Many thanks for the help guys,
Fs.

Hi there.
For what it’s worth I went to see Stapleford and really liked the feel of the place. I decided not to go there due to geographical reasons but I reckon it’s a good alternative to some of the bigger schools (even if its only for the earlier parts of your training).
Cheers.
