ATPL theory results

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if failing an exam in the ATPL theory results and hence having to resit a paper would have any bearing on future employment.

Do airlines look unfavourably at candidates who have had to resit a paper.

Thanks.

Ground exam average percentile and first time pass in Instrument Rating are important questions I have been asked.

Thanks for the reply. I got the results of the exams I took earlier this month and I have to repeat one.

The others were passed on the first attempt no problems, its just performance I have to retake which I was worried might hinder my chances in the future.

Have not commenced the CPL yet, still hour building whilst distance learning the ATPLs.

I don't get it. Does employers look up how many times you took the IR test?
It sounds crazy?
