NPPL being used towards an atpl?

Hi, sorry for posting this here if it's wrong, but I was wondering can a NPPL be used and then upgrading it to a JAA PPL then on to the ATPL? Ive tried reading LASORS but erm Im a bit blonde at times and got a sore head looking at it!

Thanks in advance

No problem at all with that. As you rightly say however, you will need to upgrade to a full JAA PPL at some point. You can quite happily log SEP hours on a NPPL in the meantime.
