Can anyone please explain? I failed my cpl skills test

Hi just like to know, i failed my cpl skills test failed more than the two sections so i couldn't get a partial pass. My examiner is now away for a while and is unavailable. He said that i have to do the second test with him. Is this correct? Or can i just send in the forms to the CAA on the dates that i like to be tested and they assign me another examiner?

Thanks again and your advice is much appreciated

Same thing happened to me, long time ago. Took myself off to Exeter and retook test there and passed. The test can be taken anywhere you like.

If you had got a partial pass you would have had to have sat the second attempt with the same examiner (unless there were extenuating circumstances - in the eyes of the authority).
As you have failed two sections, you will now embark on your second series and can be tested by any examiner available to you.
Good luck
