Pooleys RNP-2 Help
Hi All
I've just purchased a Pooleys RNP-2 plotter and I'm a bit confused: the compass on it is backwards.
How do you work this contraption?!
Any help, much appreciated

It's pretty easy.
As a quick example, put the centre point over a grid line with the 90* at the top, and look what direction the straight edge is pointing in, try it again for 270* etc etc.
When your using it, draw the line on your chart from start point, to finish point, making sure that the round bit is at the start and the straight edge is pointing the way you are going, then simply slide the centre point of the compass rose over one of the grid lines on the chart and read off the heading (making sure it is parallel to the line you just drew of course).
