North Shore Aero Club provide CPL training. Not a huge school but VERY good instructors! I did my PPL there in Feb, and the whole team (even the office staff) as SO SO SUPPORTIVE!!

Ardmore flying school, at Ardomore, 20 mins south of Auckland offers everything, they are good.
Nelson Aviaton College, at Nelson, on the top of the South Island, is also worth a look.
