Look at their website

Ormond Beach Aviation - JAA Frozen ATPL | JAA ATPL | ATPL Training | 0 to Frozen ATPL | Florida | OBA | flyoba.com

Yes they do, and it costs from £29,000 but expect to pay a bit more.

No, they are based in Orlando, Florida.

I'm not sure about where you can do the ATPL exams, but someone else can answer that for you or you can give them a call.

Lebron James

at the risk of repeating myself from your previous thread,

you cannot do the full ATPL in the USA

you can do full time ATPL theory (at NAC and OFT), PPL, CPL, ME, IMC, night qualification, FI, in fact almost every license / rating......except.... an instrument rating!

this has to be converted in a JAA country, it is still cheaper (sometimes!) and can be converted in less hours than a full IR. but you will have to come back at some point to a JAA country to convert.

good luck

Pedantic, I know - but you cannot do a night rating in USA anymore, either.
