I talked to Gulf Air Today and they want
ATPL Frozen "JAA equivalent"
200 flying hours

where i can get this ??
i prefer in USA but i see there is no school can give me this

any help ??

any information about study in Embry_Riddle ?? cost , duration ? any thing else

Yes, there are schools in the USA that can help you achieve this.
you will need to do a search on JAA training.
Afaik NAC,OBA and EFT do JAA ATPL's.
