No, read what they offer and it is not a JAA frozen ATPL. They are just repackaging the FAA stuff.

It is easy to misunderstand what they are offering.

It's just a prep course. Nothing much JAR about it. Perhaps the JAR PPL - but it doesn't specifically say you get a JAR PPL.

You still need to convert the IR and get a JAR CPL along with the JAR Theoretical exams. And if you dont get a JAR PPL you will need to convert that too.

Do a search on this place - there are a coupld of interesting threads on here (unless they have been removed).

Does seem a bit of a misleading way of selling the course, there isnt any JAA element and you have tonvert on your return to the UK, from the website...

JAA ATPL TRAINING COURSE

$39995(*£19997.50) based at current rate.

This Package is designed for the individual who wishes to start a career as a professional pilot, flight instructor or just be an experienced pilot. We think this is an excellent program as it does not cost a fortune and gives you all the necessary Licences and ratings to qualify for further training. If you decide that this line is not for you then you can stop at this stage and be an experienced pilot. You will save yourself thousands of pounds compared to training at any commercial schools. We will be glad to give you free advice on further training to be done in the U.K.

At the completion of this course you will hold a FAA ICAO PPL - CPL - IR - MULTI with an option of further increasing your hours towards the 1500 hour requirement towards a full ATPL on our internship program. You have the advantage of reducing your JAA Instrument Rating and Commercial flight training hours substantially as you will hold an ICAO Instrument Rating. This adds up to be tremendous amount of saving.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES

FAA - ICAO PPL, INSTRUMENT RATING, CPL SINGLE & MULTI ENGINE INSTRUMENT
FLIGHT HOURS - 250
155 HOURS C152
20 HOURS C172
50 HOURS SIMULATOR
15 HOURS MULTI ENGINE TRAINING
4 FLIGHT TESTS
3 WRITTEN EXAMS
AIRCRAFT INSURANCE
50 HOURS FLIGHT INSTRUCTION FOR PRIVATE
25 HOURS GROUND INSTRUCTION FOR PRIVATE
40 HOURS INSTRUCTION FOR INSTRUMENT RATING
35 HOURS GROUND INSTRUCTION FOR IR
30 HOURS FLIGHT INSTRUCTION FOR CPL
30 HOURS GROUND INSTRUCTION FOR CPL
IMMIGRATION AND TSA FEES
BOOKS, EQUIPMENT, UNIFORM & HEADSET
ALL APPLICABLE TAXES

Also, although they are selling it as a JAA ATPL course, they dont include the ATPL exams! Its an FAA PPL/CPL/ME/IR.

It states that there are 50 hours simulator but this is more than likely a PC Flight Training Device (they used to have an AST300) and therefore not loggable against JAA hours (although FAA do allow it).

Note that hours specified for each element so if you go over you will more than likely be charged extra.

this type of bait is outdated, though they still hook some rare species from time to time.
The information proves the tactic used...a title which mention about JAA training...but no mention in the details list.
Do not fall in their traps.
moreover, try to get in contact with ex-student and get confirmation.
