any body know what is the diffrent between ICAO ATPL and JAA ATPL ??
and what academy in florida give CIAO ATPL ??

An ICAO ATPL is any air transport pilot licence issued by an ICAO member state. A JAA ATPL is the same licence issued by a member state of the Joint Aviation Authorities. However neither the ICAO nor the JAA issue licences themselves. Only the memberstates can do so under their own jurisdiction.

Concerning the flight training organisations in Florida I suggest you do an internet search.
