Sim Assesment Prep Question

I am preparing for a sim assesment and will like to know if attending a sim prep course(2 hrs) like the one offered by virtual aviation UK really helps?

If it's the same type of sim and uses the same profile as the actual assessment, then it most certainly will help. Trust me.

Maybe not so useful if you're using a generic sim and/or don't have the profile in advance.
