Which is the best Flight School w/ weather and terrain considered

Hello, I am 38 years old and am considering a career change. I am dropping everything and committing myself to flight school. Cost is not a huge isue. I was hoping to get some input on what you believe to be the best fight school in the U.S. producing a pilot familiar w/ all weather in all seasons in all terrain; including job placement after accreditation. I have a bachelors degree and am NOT considering a university type program.
Thank you for any help and advice you may have. -Chip
