CAA PPL - JAA PPl to fATPL

Hi to move on to theory and CPL etc here in UK can you do this on a South African CAA ppl.

The only reference i can find is the ppl needs to be in accordance with ICAO Annex 1.

Yep, any ICAO ppl allows you to start groundschool. Think you may need to take the radio test to start the flight training though. No biggie in the grand scheme of things.
