TCCA - JAA Convesion 3000 hr tt / 1500 hr pic turbojet

does the 2 exam conversion for those with 3000 hrs and 1500 hrs pic on turbojets over 30,000 kgs mctow apply only to CAA (UK registered a/c)? or does it apply to the rest of the JAA states also?

That info is referred to in the UK LASORS guide (personnel licensing) You would need to look at individual country licensing to be sure. Most countries are fairly consistent in their requirements, but once you got your UK licence, its a fairly easy process to exchange it for another country's.
