Getting an expired BCPL reissued

Lost my medical 15 years ago - blocked eustation tube. A couple of week ago I was given the green light to return to flying. Spoke to CAA PLD and told me that my BCPL will be reissued if I meet the following requirements.

ii. Complete the Skill Test in accordance with
Appendices 1 & 3 to JAR-FCL 1.240 with a JAR
Authorised Examiner. For renewal of an instrument
rating if held, please refer to Section E1.5.

iii. Pass an oral theoretical knowledge examination
conducted by the Examiner as part of the skill test

And to get an FI rating issued on the basis of my time expired AFI

I need to attend a FI refresher seminar approved by the
Authority and pass a proficiency check.

Now I have been out of flying a long time have around 500 hrs TT. Could someone give me a real world ideal of what would be involved and a rough idea of costs to get me up and running as a flying instructor.
