Help
Im due to turn 17 tomorrow (WooHoo) and im seriously considering a career as a commercial airline pilot. However it seems very far away and i was wondering if anybody could break down the system of modulars for fATPL and the costs/ duration?
Im thinking of getting a job in accountancy, and then distance learning whilst im generating a decent income, so i dont have to go down the route of being £70000 in debt come my 21st birthday.
Help appriciated

Sounds like as good a plan as any
Getting your foot in the door (so to speak) in accountancy certainly wont hurt! That will give you something to fall back on should anything go t*ts up in the future (loss of medical etc)
Lots of info in the sticky thread at the top of the forum
Good luck & happy birthday for tomorrow!
