Instructor Course Part time or full?

Is it possible to complete an Instructor course Part time in NE England ??...if not how long does a continuous course take assuming the weather is not too pants??

Realistically one month to assimilate the knowledge and complete to a proper standard IMHO. Not something to be rushed.
