Hello i am a bit lost as regards how to conver my jaa cpl ir me to an faa one

can anyone reccommend a school and the rough cost and process

also

what ground exams would be involved?

i believe that i would need to carry out the 100nm night xc and the 300nm one in a me aircraft?
