Language requirement.

Hi all,

I have a little doubt regarding the language requirements that airlines set. Let me put an example. If I was to apply to KLM and they require pilots to speak Dutch, to what extent would I have to be able to speak Dutch? Does it have to be fluently like some Native from Holland, to be able to write up reports, communicate with ATC (this I suppose is for sure), communicate with cabin crew, communicate with passengers or to what extent?

Thanks.
