New Cityjet/FTE Scheme
I see Cityjet are doing another scheme with FTE.
I used to work there. My cousins son is thinking of applying and I would like some info on the process. I have spoken to Cityjet pilots but they do n't know the real details. Has anyone gone through the process and even better is anyone on it?
Your help is greatly appreciated?

I thought CityJet was doing a cadet scheme with Sigmar Aviation.

If you go through the CityJet recruitment page they send you directly to Sigmar Aviation. There is no link for FTE.
Why would they do two cadet schemes at the same time?
Am I missing something here?

A quick look on the FTE website shows the Cityjet FTE cadet scheme is certainly up and running.
Advert in the latest flight international is fairly vague.
Details from FTE seem to show that Cityjet do not make any financial contributions with the successful applicants still having to stump up 103,000 Euros for the full cost of the course. Likewise there is no indication of help with repayments and no "bond" scheme in place a' la CTC.
However, a job at the end is far better than speculating on the job market I suppose.
