I am 17 and am currently studying my A levels i am looking in to becoming a commercial pilot. I have a peanut allergy though will this stop me gaining my class 1 medical, because i cant find any sites that tell me.

I think you should be OK. But suggest you call the CAA Medical centreMedical Department Call Centre on 01293 573700
They are very helpful and obviously the best people to get an offical answer.
