JAA ATPL(H) to ATPL(A) conversion - possible?

Do anyone know if it is possible to convert a JAA ATPL(H) to a ATPL(A)? If possible, how extensive is it - how much of the stuff do I need to read again?

Thanks.

You need to do a few more exams.

POF A
Performance A
Composite paper containing bits of most subjects.

This route needs to be done within a certain time frame of your ATPL H exams due to air law and ops. I think its 3 years but don't hold me to that.
