hi alll
is it any easier to get work as a cargo pilot as opposed to passanger airlines,are the payscales very different,is it the same scenario with type ratings etc,stupid question perhaps but curious

No, although constant nightflights may create more attrition. But also depends on the company, Cargolux is stable.

No, all in the same ballpark, but a difference between long and short haul will create a difference.

Yes, standard 3 year bond or buy your own!
