Hour building in San diego

Is anyone hour building in San Diego at the moment? I did my PPL there last year and want to go back next month for my hour building.

What schools/clubs can anyone recommend?

Also what's the weather like at the mo?

Just got back. They've had the winter rains, can't imagine there will be any more so you should be safe to go over in Feb for lots of flying.
