Hour Building during March - USA and Europe

Hey all,

I'm looking at booking some hour building either in the USA area or Europe during march. I currently fly the DA40 and Pa28.

Are there any recommendations for any particular places where a/c are in good condition, good price and interesting scenery?

Plus, does anyone know how long it takes to get the paper work converted from CAA PPL -> FAA PPL?
