PTC and other flying schools promises!

Being a 33 old male looking ot join a flying school to start a 'new' career I am suprised that some may companies including PTC say that 98% of their students obtain employment! If this is the case why is it so doom and gloom on this website? Also so confused as who to choose as they all seem to make such stark promises!

if they say 98% don't get a job, what do you think will happen?

I think only 3-5% get a job!
