just got the 14

hi all
i recently passed the 14 subjects in the uk and want to know whats the best way to proceed. My situation:I hold a South African Single Engine CPL (i once held a Multi Engine, Instrument Rating CPL but let it lapse) and need to know what it will take(are there any min flight hour requirements) to be able to test for the Frozen Multi Engine ATPL. I wrote the exams in the UK do i have to do the flight test in the UK and the I. R. test? Also which schools would be able to offer the training and at a good price, if its possible to test or do the flying in another EU country are there any schools that you could recommend?Could i split it up ? Do the I.R. in spain and the test in the U.K.Which schools in the UK should i be looking at?
