MEIR + MEP - application form time period?

Having passed the MEIR and MEP i have since started work and not managed to fillout all of the forms. How long does one have to complete all the paper work and send it off please?

You get one year from the date of passing your IRT to get it issued BUT you only get six months from the date of passing your MEP to get it issued.
