Flight Simulation Training, Schiphol...

The old Schreiner FSC (Friendship Simulation Company, Flight Simulation Company) is back in business, over on the GA side at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam.

Has anyone here had recent experience of doing a 737 or A320 type-rating with them? They have an interesting offer for young guys looking to move up but I wanted to know how that works out in real life.

I, alas, am far too old for this; I wanted to check it out for a colleague. Any current information will be much appreciated.

Also, where to go for a type-rating without spending a fortune, just looking to make that jump from small aircraft to a Part 25 aircraft.

Thanks in advance.
