CAA ATPL to CANADIAN ATPL

I have a UK ATPL and would like to convert to a canadian ATPL. Whats the easiest way to get this done?

You might want to reference Transport Canada to find out the requirements. Probably require you to write the SAMRA / SARON (two exams) and then submit your logbook to verify you have the required 1500hrs TT with the 750(?) PIC time (not sure about the PIC requirement)

I have to ask why you would want to convert to a Canadian ATPL in the current climate? Do you have a lot of time on jets / TPs? I assume you are aware that the general hours requirements are a lot higher in Canada than Europe? If you're thinking of Air Canada, I would say a ball park figure is 2000TT with a significant amount of jet time. Jazz will hire you with 1500TT and preferably some turbine time, but we're talking Dash 8 regional.
