Such items are likely to be proprietary to the training organisation. They are expensive to maintain and develop so you won't find them going for free! But then again, some kindly soul might send you one, I'll have a look. I might only have FCOM's for the Airbus and the FCTM for the 737.

A320 Cbt
Bought the Avsoft CBT for A320 MCDU. Very basic and limited. IMO not worth the money.
I found using the A320 addon for MSFS the best way to learn the MCDU and good interaction with systems, and download the FCOM from airbusdriver wedsite for the whole picture.
However I haven't done the TR just yet so someone else may give you a better picture.
