Depends how quick you are.
  • The School issues an I-20
  • You book an appointment at the Embassy (Might be a month or so wait in cities like London)
  • You have a short Interview at the Embassy
  • Approximately 3 days later the Visa arrives

For a UK Visa Belfast's Embassy was the fastest at visa interviewing and processing

Allow at least 4 hours to wait at the Embassy in London. Take a good book, no electronics allowed.
