JAA CPL Application

Can anyone tell me what UK CAA forms I need to fill in to apply for a CPL, then apply for the IR, Night Q, MEP and IMC (off the back of the IR) ?

What charges will be incurred, do I get a free rating or is it all inclusive?

What docs will the school need to send?

Yes IR was finito yesterday following a retest. Have you done your FI ???

I'll give the CAA bell - I'm surprised that they haven't issued a guidance doc on this
