PPL in Germany (but in English)

is there anyone, who knows, is it possible to do my PPL in Germany (training and exams) but in English (not German)?

Hey.
First question: Why want you do your PPL in Germany in english?
I only know one FTO who teach in english, but the only offer ATPL. The FTO is Intercockpit.
Perhaps there are some more, but i don't think so.

Go to Coleman Aero Club in Mannheim, Germany.
It's a US Military Auxilliary Aero Club...to just go over to do your ratings you have to either a) wait on a list for a long time to get an associate membership, or b) get a PT job on a military or civil support org over there (usajobs.com or look up AAFES or Resumix or contact the school). I think it's something like CAC aero or something. You have to get a job which gives you "SOFA" or "Status of Forces Agreement." Basically, it's like treaty rights which say you can be in Germany b/c you're working for the US gov't. It gives you a base id and priveliges like the aero club membership.
Basically, they have FAA/N-tail planes and "American" fuel prices. So it's kind of a little secret they have there in Mannheim. $70 or $75 per hour for a 150 in Germany!!!

I did a JAA PPL in Germany and then added a night rating to it and doing the whole thing in English was no problem whatsoever.
The theory exams can be done in English, although the question database for studying is only in German, but you should be able to work around that. All the instructors I had spoke excellent English and so did the examiner, and ATC where I trained too.
I trained at Motorflugschule Egelsbach, based in Egelsbach, a very professional school and I can highly recommend them.
