Doing the CPL conversion

Hello everybody, I planing to to the JAA CPL conversion course in Bristol next month, I now the minimum requirements to the JAA conversion, and it depends on your experience, I have 325 hours and 3 weeks ago I got my IFR current to Canada where I did 8.5 hours on a PA-34. Can somebody tell me a realistic hours to get the CPL, what should I expect doing the CPL flight test is it hard to pass? is there anything I should review before do the conversion course? Thank you
